We were very impressed with Alpha Home Inspections. From Michelle guiding us to what they do & how they do it, to the company being insured ,bonded & certified.We were very impressed on Jarred's knowledge & work ethics.He answered all our concerns as this was new construction.Jarred also brought a thermal imager,which I requested & a moisture meter. He told us why the difference for each.We just wanted to make sure we had enough insulation in the attic.We couldn't be any happier.

Tom was extremely thorough in the inspection of the home I am purchasing. It was cold, but Tom was extremely thorough inside and outside of the home. Tom was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the home and did not skip any steps in the inspection. He pointed out things that one would not think to check. He explained each step of his process as he went room by room, inside and out. He sent his report on the same day as the inspection.
