What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in residential and/or commercial property inspection

  • Knowledge of building systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, structural)

  • Strong communication skills, report writing, and client communication are key

  • We will provide training and licensing for the right candidate

  • Conduct thorough home & commercial inspections in accordance with industry standards

  • Perform additional testing services, including pest, radon, and well inspections

  • Deliver clear, accurate written reports and walk clients through findings

  • Represent Alpha Building Inspections with professionalism on every appointment
