Tom did buyer side home inspection for us. He and his colleague (sorry I forgot the name) were very thorough and patient throughout the inspection. They answered/explained every question I had and shared good advise on what and how to maintain for moving forward. We got our detailed report the same night of the inspection and everything was noted down along with pics/proof in detail. Very easy to reach out for any follow-up questions after getting the report. Will certainly recommend Tom and colleague to anyone who is looking for good home inspectors.
