Tom did buyer side home inspection for us. He and his colleague (sorry I forgot the name) were very thorough and patient throughout the inspection. They answered/explained every question I had and shared good advise on what and how to maintain for moving forward. We got our detailed report the same night of the inspection and everything was noted down along with pics/proof in detail. Very easy to reach out for any follow-up questions after getting the report. Will certainly recommend Tom and colleague to anyone who is looking for good home inspectors.

Tom and Gary were incredibly thorough, paid attention to very small details and explained how different systems work in the home to us new homeowners who are not as familiar with these systems. Gave a nice verbal summary at the end of their inspection and then a very detailed report that we get to hang onto. I would highly recommend using Alpha inspection for your home inspection.
