We're moving from MA to Nashua NH and just had Alpha Bldg Insp perform a single family home inspection for us. Tom /owner and Gary performed the inspection including the add on for the radon system numbers and making sure it is working properly. We couldn't ask for a better company and team to do this for us. We learned so much from them and brought so much to our attention informational as well as items to address. They took their time not only for the inspection (extremely thorough) but also to explain to my wife and I the highlights of what needs to be addressed. The full detail is in a 40-50 page report with pictures, etc. The pictures are so helpful to use when coordinating an HVAC, electrical or other contractor we may hire to remedy any of the items we decided to pursue. Really happy with our inspection. We were able to talk to them throughout the process and got a nice overview once it was done. By the next day we had a thorough inspection report full of pictures and descriptions of their findings. Very personable and honest, would highly recommend them to aby folks looking for a inspection in the area.

Round two with Tom and Gary after their first inspection they conducted for us saved us from purchasing a home that would have been a poor financial investment. They were once again professional, thorough, efficient, and adept. They also paused throughout to answer my questions as they arose. Would definitely go back to these guys for another home inspection!
