I firmly believe that everyone who is buying a home must take the time to have the property inspected prior to a purchase. Jim Reid with Alpha Building Inspections was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and detailing not only minor deformities but documenting the safety concerns related to the property condition. His report detailed building code and national fire code standards required for proper inspection and building standards. The report not only included detailed photos of all deficiencies, but current condition of the spaces, appliances, and components of the home both good and bad. I was thoroughly impressed and appreciated the details.
Alpha Building Inspections website was easy to when completing the online application for inspection and making payment. I called on a Monday and had the inspection the following day. The final report was completed and provided to me that evening.
Again, I highly recommend getting a home inspection and Alpha Building Inspections is a great group of people to work with. Thanks again Jim for your expertise and addressing all my (inner) 3 year old questions. It was a pleasure working with you!
