My Alpha home inspector Tom and his teammate Gary were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly to work with. My husband and I are first time homebuyers and they explained everything to us inside and out of the home- from inside the attic, radon testing, to the electrical and plumbing. We were quickly reassured that the sewage system is safe by the camera run inside with Brad’s timely arrival. We received our inspection report immediately the same day. Inspection was very thorough, the inspector was profesional and educated me on the meaning of what he found. The report was extensive, comprehensive and very detailed with pictures of the findings and definitions for terms of the tray. If was not cheap but it was worth it.

Had a great experience with Ken. He was very knowledgeable and timely. He looked through everything and gave a very detailed report. Even came 2 days before my inspection to leave the radon equipment so that we would have radon results at the same time as the inspection. Gave me the inspection report a couple hours after the inspection. Would definitely use them again if I ever need to.
