My partner and I recently went under contract on a house. As first time homebuyers, the process has been overwhelming. Mr. Pelletier and his team provided excellent service. They were available throughout the inspection of our residential house (before closing) and promptly answered if questions arose. They were very professional in their approach and helped provide important information when necessary. They went into detail on some aspects of the house when appropriate which was very helpful for us.
