Alpha Inspections was referred to me by my realtor. I was lucky to have Tom Pelletier from Alpha perform my home inspection. This was a large property, roughly 3000SqFt in Greenfield, NH. It occurred in early February of 2026 during a snow event I might add, making the process seemingly more arduous. However, Tom was an absolute professional and extremely personable.
He was extremely thorough, and was more than willing and delighted to explain his findings along the way. As a first time home buyer, I can’t understate how helpful this was. He took his time and was on site for some 3.5 hours. We had the report by the promised time as well. We opted for the general home inspection, well water testing, radon air & water, and septic.
The communication from both Tom and Alpha pre & post has been streamlined and efficient. I would absolutely refer Tom and Alpha Inspections to anyone. I shared my 65 page report with family and friends, all of whom are home owners, and they all said how thorough it was. What impressed me the most, because this is my first experience with a home inspection and I was unsure of what was the gold standard, was when my brother said it was the most encompassing report he had ever seen. I say this because my brother has been a nursing home administrator for 25+ years in MASS and has constant inspections at the state and federal level. Therefore, I think Alpha would do just as well in hospital, commercial, industrial spaces and beyond.
