Our inspector was Tom, who was wonderful to work with on these inspection tasks ahead of purchasing our new home. He was punctual, professional, and thorough. He explained everything in easily understood terms, provided excellent documentation with pictures of everything found and tested.

Of note: It was a miserable cold and snowy day which didn't impact the work he did or the quality of the report he produced. He came ready with a shovel in addition to his other tools to get the job done. Our septic system was inspected for functionality as were the air for radon and water for all consumption concerns.

We greatly appreciate the work he did as well as our realtor, Madeline from Raveis who recommended Alpha Building Inspections for this leg of the inspection process. We will use Alpha Building Inspections again throughout the years to stay on top maintaining our systems. We have already referred a family member to Raveis Realtors to find a new home on the MA and RI border. Great value all around!
