Tom did my home inspection and was fantastic. I followed him for most of the inspection and he was incredibly patient to answer all my questions with extremely knowledgeable answers, and the report at the end was super detailed with great pictures, explanations and recommendations.

First of all after driving an hour and a half to the house Steve was there a half hour early already inspecting away! Definitely not his firs rodeo, Steve pointed out things that I most likely wouldn't have noticed after living there for 5 years. I had a follow up question and he got rite back to me. I am confident that he didn't oversee anything in his inspection. Very kind and a really nice, great sense of humor as well.
