My wife and I were more than pleased with Gary and Alpha Building Inspections. My family and I are moving from TN and were not there during the inspection, however, our realtor and my brother were there in our place and both have extensive experience with inspections and as a contractor respectively. Because we were not present during the inspection we needed a company who was trustworthy and Alpha came highly recommended from multiple realtors. Ken Mundry was extremely thorough with our home inspection, pointing out anything that was out of spec or could cause future problems. He really knows his stuff, and I'd imagine the rest of the folks at Alpha do too. They also brought in a very knowledgeable septic inspector from Kent Septic, who was just as professional and on top of his game. I have zero complaints about our inspection.

Tom made this potentially stressful process very painless! He answered all our questions promptly and was forthcoming and honest in all of his reports and assessments. He even had expertise dealing with VA requirements which helped us greatly. Highly recommend him for all your inspection needs!
